Best Red Casio G-Shock Men’s Digital Watches to make a fashion statement
Red Casio G-Shock watches stand out from your average black resin bands and dials. It is a reminder of the classic G-shock emblem. No other colours carry the name better. If you are looking to make a statement, you can’t go wrong with a red G-Shock.
If Bold is you’re style, then Casio G-Shock casual watches are totally your thing. The bright red of these watches be it the resin strap, the case, the dial or the even the bezel is enough to catch anyone’s eye. These are your everyday sport watch with shock resist, rugged body and water resist case as standard.

We start with the reddest of them all, the G-Shock GA-2100 in red. This G-Shock has a red dial, red case, red strap and even red buckle. Even the digital LCD display has a red background. The design is both sporty and rugged. With a tough plastic body and resin strap, the watch only weighs 50 grams. Apart from the analogue watch keeping, it has a Calendar function: Day-Date, Stop Watch, World Time, Timer, Alarm and Light. It is worth mentioning that this is also one of the more affordable G-Shock watch on our list.

What is underneath is a thermometer for temperature, digital compass for directions, 200m water resistant and neon illuminator backlight.

Easily the most advanced G-Shock out there, this sporty G-Shock is from the G-Squad series. It connects to the smartphone via Bluetooth, as a fitness tracker, sending information to the G-Shock Move app. It does everything that a smartwatch would do with the added shock resistant rugged body and that iconic G-shock look and feel. It also has all the features that we love about G-Shock like the world time, stop watch, 4 alarms, count down timer, backlight and tactile buttons for controls.
Where Casio excel at with this smartwatch is the ultra long battery life. With deeper sleep when the watch is left in the dark and power saving mode, it can last up to 34 months on a full charge. However, pulling up the run programs and training functions with GPS and heart rate tracker enabled, we are talking around 18 hours battery life. If you disable GPS and heart rate, you can prolong the battery life to around 12 months without power saving mode.

4. G-Shock GA-700
The Casio G-Shock GA700-4ACR Men’s Watch is a perfect balance of durability, functionality, and bold style. The strap and case design is not very different from the GA-100 below. One of the standout features for me is the Super Illuminator which ensures that I can read the time under any lighting conditions – it’s incredibly practical and also adds an aesthetic appeal.
The multitude of functions, including world time, multiple alarms, and the 1/100-second stopwatch, add an element of convenience to my busy life. A higher model equipped with Bluetooth and Step counter is also available with very similar dial layout is the G-Shock GBA900RD-4A (see image below).
5. Casio G-Shock GA-100
I am two minds about how the digital display is split down the middle. This may appeal to some but I would rather the display be spread evenly across the dial. The G-Shock GA-100 still makes for a handsome watch in striking red. It is as robust as ever and is equipped with a wide range of features including an auto LED light, world time, 1/1000th second stopwatch, countdown timer, and multiple alarms.
Its analog-digital display provides precise timekeeping while offering an aesthetically pleasing visual. Encased in a sturdy resin casing, the watch is shock-resistant, magnetic-resistant, and water-resistant up to 200 meters (20 bar). The watch is ideal for active individuals who desire a watch that can withstand tough conditions.

6. G-Shock GA-B001 – Bluetooth Enabled
Not one for chunky watches. Well, you can’t really have a small G-Shock watch, unless it is a baby-G. Even then, baby-G tends to be quite big too. The G-Shock GA-B001-4AER is on the smaller side. It also has an analogue and digital dial combination with fresh new hourly marker and bright red hour and minute arms. The watch is Bluetooth enabled for use with Mobile Link to pair with a smartphone. The connectivity feature does nothing more than automatically adjust the time including 300 world times and phone finder via the Casio Watches app so don’t get overly excited there. This means its battery life is not greatly effected, leaving it to last for approximately 2 years.

7. G-Shock G-7900A
For a practical and all-digital watch, none of those analogue arms to get in the way is the G-Shock G-7900A. This fully digital watch is still shock resistant. There are a few interesting addition like the moon phase, tide graphs and low temperature LCD indicator. The auto backlight and flash alerts are gimmicky but it is there all the same. Standard features include world time (29 cities), daily alarm, 12 and 24 hours format, stopwatch, 5 alarms, timer and calendar up till 2099 all wrapped in a 50 mm resin case that can withstand 20 bar pressure (200 m / 660 ft water resistant). What is prominent up front are the four large bezel screws, the biggest we have seen on those that feature it and chunky button operation. Battery life is approximately 2 years.

8. G-Shock GWX-5600C-4JF
Last but not least we have the G-Shock GWX-5600 from the G-Lide series. Like the G-7900A above, it has a self correcting system, but instead of Multi Link via Bluetooth, it comes with Multi-Band 6 auto radio time correction. It also has a (3 level) tide graph and moon graph which is great for those who love to surf and the Touch Solar uses the sun’s energy to recharge its battery. Other features include World Time (31 zones), 1/100-Second Stopwatch, Interval Timer, 5 Daily Alarms, Full Auto EL Backlight and full calendar.

BONUS: G-Shock GBD200RD-4 – Bluetooth Enabled
This RED OUT Sports Edition from the G-Squad series is a Bluetooth enabled unit that includes an accelerometer to measure and track your running distance, speed, pace and calories burned. You will need the G-Shock Move app on your phone to sync across the data. It does not come with its own GPS but relies on the smartphone’s GPS which means the onboard battery can last for approximately 2 years, no need to worry about charging. It does so using power saving mode where the display would go off for 3 hours everyday. Other standard features are world clock, countdown timer, 4 daily alarms, stopwatch, full calendar, 12/24 hour format, flight mode and mobile link auto time correction. I love the white LED backlight, what Casio now calls the Super Illuminator. It is just so much better than the blue green or yellow backlight.
